This section provides a list of educational institutions where you can obtain training for an occupation in Canada. Having the proper training and/or education is important in Canada. Employers will expect that you have the appropriate education and training for the job you are applying for.
Important: If you have received your education or training outside of Canada, it may be important to have your education assessed in Canada to evaluate if your education is equivalent to Canadian standards. You may also want to ask potential Canadian employers or organizations for your occupation if you will be required to take additional education to meet the required education and/ or training standards for your job in Canada.
